1. Dissolve in warm water at approximately 60ºC until it forms a paste-like substance, then incorporate it in the desired proportion for optimal results.
2. Achieve a homogeneous blend by dissolving this product in oils or fats before proceeding with further processing steps.
3. Conveniently mix directly with flour to simplify your preparation process.
4. The maximum addition is 1.0% for raw dried flour products and raw wet products, and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust the addition according to production needs for cream and fermented milk to optimize flavor and texture.
