Honest Food Preservative presents as an ivory powder or granular solid that disperses seamlessly in hot water, also dissolving effortlessly in ethanol and hot grease. As a non-ionic emulsifier, it boasts an HLB value of 5.2, ensuring versatile applications across various mediums.

Applications

1. GML, naturally present in breast milk and known for its ability to resist pathogenic microbes, is extensively utilized in producing infant milk powder and rice flour, ensuring safety and health for the young ones.
2. Widely used in the baking industry, it enhances the quality and texture of rice and flour products, contributing to superior baked goods.
3. As a broad-spectrum antibiotic, GML is safe and highly effective, inhibiting various viruses, bacteria, and bioplasms. Its efficacy remains unaffected by pH levels,
making it superior to alternatives like pentadiene carboxylic acid, benzene carboxylic acid, and Phydroxy benzoic acid ester.
4. Serves as an exceptional emulsifier in health foods and diverse culinary creations such as bread, cakes, steamed bread, and moon-cakes.
5. Extends the preservation period in meat, dairy, spicy products, fruits, and vegetables, enhancing freshness and quality.

 

Usage

1. Integrate GML uniformly with flour for optimal results before proceeding with additional processing tasks.
2. Achieve enhanced outcomes by initially blending the product into six times its weight in warm water at approximately 60ºC, creating a paste that can then be proportionately mixed with flour.
