Usage

1. Dissolve the product in warm water at approximately 60ºC to form a paste, then apply in the recommended proportion for optimal results.
2. Blend this ingredient seamlessly into oils or fats before proceeding with further processing steps.
3. Simply mix directly with flour for effortless incorporation in your recipes.
4. Maximum addition is 1.0% for raw dried or wet flour products, and up to 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust quantities according to production needs for creams and fermented milk.
