Usage

Recommended usage: For protein drinks, plant drinks, and lactic acid bacteria beverages, the recommended maximum inclusion rate is 2.0g/kg. For solid drinks, the cap is 3g/kg. In bread dough regulators, use up to 5.0g/kg, and for oil and emulsified fat products, a generous 10.0g/kg is suggested.
