Usage

1. Prepare by immersing this product in warm water at approximately 60ºC to form a paste, then utilize as required.
2. Ensure even distribution by dissolving this product thoroughly in oils or fats before proceeding with further processing.
3. Simply mix directly with flour for convenient use in your recipes.
4. For raw dried flour products and raw wet products, a maximum addition of 1.0% is recommended, while for non-dairy creamers, a limit of 0.5% is advised. Adjust according to the needs of cream and fermented milk production.
