Applications

Usage

1. Applied in unripe wet flour products like bean stuffing, bread, and moon cakes, with a maximum usage of 1.0g/kg.
Using quantity is 1.0g/kg.
2. Utilized as a preservative in sausages, the maximum permissible quantity is 0.5g/kg.
