1. When used in chocolate products, even a small addition of our E476 PGPR Yellow Liquid can remarkably enhance the fluidity, while significantly reducing the need for cocoa butter, optimizing both quality and cost.
2. Facilitates the efficient filling and molding process for chocolate products, streamlining production and enabling easy removal of small air bubbles, thus preventing the formation of unwanted voids and pores.
3. When combined with lecithin, this product exhibits a powerful synergistic effect, thinning the chocolate coating's thickness for seamless processing.
4. In humid environments, it effectively lowers viscosity, aiding in the rapid formation of chocolate sugar coats, boosting adhesion, and minimizing small pore development.

Usage

We recommend a maximum usage of 5.0g/kg in cocoa products, chocolate, and its derivatives, including candy, chocolate-coated items, and ice cream coatings. For oily-water fat emulsified products, the suggested usage is 10g/kg.
