Applications

Usage
1. When incorporated into unripe wet flour products like bean paste, bread, and moon cakes, the maximum recommended usage is 1.0g/kg.
Using quantity is 1.0g/kg.
2. As a preservative in sausages, the advised maximum usage is 0.5g/kg.
