Applications

1. Honored for its presence in breast milk and its ability to resist pathogenic microbial infections, GML is extensively utilized in infant milk powders, rice flour, and similar products.

Usage

1. Uniformly blend GML with flour for enhanced culinary results.
2. Achieve optimal results by first incorporating the product into six times its volume of warm water at approximately 60ºC, creating a paste before proportionately mixing with flour.
