Usage
1. For optimal results, dissolve DATEM in warm water at approximately 60ºC to create a paste, then apply in the desired proportion.
2. Achieve even distribution by dissolving DATEM homogeneously in oils or fats prior to further processing steps.
3. Simply mix DATEM directly with flour to incorporate seamlessly into your recipes.
4. Maximum addition is 1.0% for raw dried flour and wet products, and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust according to production needs for cream and fermented milk.
