1. When used in chocolate, a minimal addition of our emulsifier can dramatically enhance the fluidity of chocolate products, while reducing the need for cocoa butter, thus optimizing production costs.
2. It accelerates the filling and mold-forming processes of chocolate, facilitating the seamless release of small bubbles, thus preventing the formation of voids and pores within the final chocolate product.
3. In concert with lecithin, it creates a powerful synergistic effect that thins the chocolate coating. This makes processing smoother, enhancing the end product's quality.
4. In humid conditions, it effectively reduces viscosity, enabling quick formation of chocolate sugar coats. It accelerates adhesion, minimizing small pores and enhancing the overall integrity of the product.

Usage

Recommended maximum usage is 5.0g/kg for cocoa products, chocolates, candies, and chocolate-coated items. For oily-water fat emulsified products, the recommendation is 10g/Kg.
