Usage

Recommended dosage for achieving optimal results: In protein drinks, plant drinks, and lactic acid bacteria beverages, use up to 2.0g/kg. For solid drinks, a maximum of 3g/kg is suggested. In bread dough, use up to 5.0g/kg, and for oil and emulsified fat products, a maximum of 10.0g/kg is recommended.
