1. When delicately blended into chocolate, even in minimal amounts, it significantly enhances the fluidity of chocolate products and efficiently conserves cocoa butter content.
2. It expedites the processes of filling and mold forming in chocolate production, optimizes product formation, and facilitates easy discharge of small bubbles, preventing the formation of unwanted voids and pores in the final chocolate products.
3. When used synergistically with lecithin, it admirably thins the chocolate coating's thickness, streamlining processing and enhancing the finished product's quality.
4. Under humid conditions, this product markedly reduces viscosity, aiding in the rapid formation of a chocolate sugar coat. It accelerates conglutination and increases adhesion, effectively minimizing the presence of small pores.

Usage

For cocoa products, chocolates, and derivatives, candies, chocolate-coated items, and ice cream coatings, the recommended maximum usage is 5.0g/kg. For oily-water fat-emulsified products, a maximum of 10g/kg is suggested.
