4. In humid conditions, it effectively reduces viscosity, quickly forming a chocolate sugar coat and accelerating adhesion. This results in enhanced conglutination and minimized pore formation.

Usage

For impeccable results, we suggest a maximum usage of 5.0g/kg for cocoa products, chocolate, and its derivatives, candy, chocolate-coated products, and ice cream coatings. For oily-water fat emulsified products, use up to 10g/Kg.
