3. When paired with lecithin, it yields a synergistic effect, effectively reducing the chocolate coating thickness for effortless processing.

Usage

We recommend maximum usage levels of 5.0g/kg for cocoa products, chocolates, candy, and coated items. For oily-water fat emulsified products, a suggested maximum of 10g/kg ensures optimal results.
