3. For straightforward application, mix DATEM directly with flour, optimizing convenience and efficiency.
4. Adhere to the recommended maximum addition rates: 1.0% for raw dried and wet flour products, and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust according to production needs for cream and fermented milk to achieve the desired results.
