Usage

For optimal results, it is recommended to use PGPR up to a maximum of 5.0g/kg in cocoa products, chocolate and its derivatives, candy, chocolate-coated items, and ice cream coatings. For oily-water fat emulsified products, the suggested maximum is 10g/Kg.
