Applications

1. With the presence of GML naturally found in breast milk, it boasts incredible antimicrobial properties. It is extensively used in infant milk powder, rice flour, and more, effectively combating pathogenic microbes.
2. Widely incorporated into baked goods, it notably enhances the quality of rice and flour products, offering bakers an edge in crafting superior items.
3. Renowned as a broad-spectrum antibiotic, GML is safe, efficient, and versatile. It effectively inhibits various viruses and numerous bacteria and bioplasm without being influenced by the pH level, ensuring consistent antiseptic performance.
GML outperforms alternatives like pentadiene carboxylic acid, benzene carboxylic acid, and p-hydroxy benzoic acid ester in antiseptic efficacy.
4. As a key ingredient in sanitary foods, such as bread, cake, steamed bread, and moon-cake, GML serves as a high-quality emulsifier, enhancing texture and flavor.

Usage

1. Uniformly mix GML with flour for optimal results in your culinary creations.
2. Achieve enhanced effects by first blending the product with six times its weight in warm water at approximately 60ºC to form a paste, then mixing it pro rata with flour.
