Applications

1. With its presence in breast milk, GML exhibits remarkable antimicrobial properties, making it a preferred choice for infant milk powder and rice flour, offering extensive protection against pathogenic microbes.
2. Extensively implemented in baked goods, it significantly elevates the quality of rice and flour-based products, ensuring superior texture and consistency.
3. Known as a broad-spectrum antibiotic, it is both safe and highly effective. Its ability to inhibit various viruses and bacteria remains consistent without being influenced by pH levels, surpassing traditional preservatives like pentadiene carboxylic acid and benzene carboxylic acid.
GML outperforms pentadiene carboxylic acid, benzene carboxylic acid, and Phydroxy benzoic acid ester in terms of antisepsis.

Usage

1. Uniformly mix GML with flour to prepare it for subsequent processes.
2. Achieve optimal results by first dissolving the product in six times its volume of warm water at approximately 60ºC, creating a smooth paste. Then, blend it with flour for superior integration.
