Usage

1. Dissolve this product in warm water at approximately 60ºC to form a paste-like substance, then incorporate it in the recommended proportion for your recipes.
2. Achieve seamless integration by dissolving this product homogeneously in oils or fats before further processing.
3. Alternatively, for simple application, directly mix it with flour for immediate use.
4. The maximum addition is 1.0% for raw dried flour products and raw wet products, and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust the amount as needed for specific applications like cream and fermented milk, ensuring optimal results.
