Usage

1. Dissolve this innovative product in warm water at about 60ºC to form a paste-like substance, then incorporate it in the desired proportion for optimal results.
2. Achieve uniformity by dissolving this product in oils or fats before proceeding with your processing tasks.
3. Simply mix directly with flour to seamlessly integrate into your recipes.
4. Use up to 1.0% for raw dried or wet flour products and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust as needed for creams and fermented milk according to production requirements.
