Usage

1. Integrate this product into warm water at approximately 60ºC to form a paste, which can then be utilized in the desired proportion.
2. For seamless processing, dissolve the product thoroughly in oils or fats.
3. It can also be directly blended with flour for immediate use.
4. The maximum addition is 1.0% for raw dried and wet flour products, and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust accordingly for creams and fermented milk based on production needs.
