Usage

Recommended maximum usage: in protein drinks, plant drinks, and lactic acid bacteria beverages is 2.0g/kg; in solid drinks, it's 3g/kg. For bread dough regulators, use up to 5.0g/kg, and for oil and emulsified fat products, the limit is 10.0g/kg.
