Recommended Adding Amount:
For pristine results in cream, bread, pastry, chocolate, puffed foods, and ice cream, keep the addition amount to a maximum of 1.0%.
Allow a maximum of 0.5% for candies. For margarine, butter, and shortening oil, the addition can go up to 2.0%.
