Usage

1. Begin by introducing this product into warm water at approximately 60ºC to form a paste-like substance, and subsequently incorporate it in the desired proportion.
2. Achieve a homogeneous blend by dissolving this product in oils or fats, ready for further culinary innovations.
3. Mix it directly with flour, allowing its benefits to unfold naturally in your preparations.
4. For raw dried and wet flour products, the maximum addition is 1.0%, while for non-dairy creamers, it stands at 0.5%. Adjust the quantity as necessary for creams and fermented milk to suit production needs.
