Usage

Maximize the potential of your products with our recommended usage: For protein drinks, plant drinks, and lactic acid bacteria beverages, use up to 2.0g/kg. In solid drinks, a maximum of 3g/kg is suggested. For bread dough regulators, employ up to 5.0g/kg, and for oil and emulsified fat products, use up to 10.0g/kg.
