Usage

1. Dissolve this product in warm water at around 60ºC to form a paste-like substance, ensuring it's used in an appropriate proportion for optimal results.
2. For seamless integration in food processing, dissolve this product evenly in oils or fats before proceeding.
3. Simply mix it directly with flour to effortlessly incorporate it into your recipes.
4. The maximum addition is 1.0% for raw dried flour products and raw wet products, while 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust the amount based on production needs for cream and fermented milk to achieve desired results.
