Usage

Recommended Usage: For protein drinks, plant drinks, and lactic acid bacteria beverages, the maximum suggested amount is 2.0g/kg. In solid drinks, up to 3g/kg is advisable. For bread dough regulation, 5.0g/kg is recommended, and in oil and emulsified fat products, this can extend to 10.0g/kg, ensuring optimal taste and texture.
