Usage

1. To ensure optimal dissolution, blend this product homogeneously in oils or fats before proceeding with further processing.
2. Alternatively, dissolve it evenly in warm water at approximately 60ºC, then incorporate with other raw materials for enhanced results.
Recommended Adding Amount:
For cream, bread, pastry, chocolate, puffed foods, and ice cream, the recommended maximum addition is 1.0%.
The suggested maximum is 0.5% for candy, while for margarine, butter, and shortening oil, it can be increased to 2.0%.
