Usage

1. Dissolve this product in warm water at approximately 60ºC to create a paste-like substance, ready to be used in precise proportions.
2. Ensure a uniform blend by dissolving this product in oils or fats before proceeding with further processing.
3. Seamlessly integrate it by directly mixing it with flour, streamlining your preparation process.
4. For raw dried and wet flour products, maintain an addition maximum of 1.0%, while non-dairy creamers should adhere to a 0.5% addition. Adjust amounts accordingly based on the specific needs of cream and fermented milk production.
