Usage

Guidelines for optimal use: In protein, plant, and lactic acid bacteria beverages, a maximum of 2.0g/kg is recommended. For solid drinks, the suggested maximum is 3g/kg. In bread dough regulators, use up to 5.0g/kg, and for oils and emulsified fat products, a maximum of 10.0g/kg is suggested.
