Usage

1. Introduce E472e CITREM into water heated to approximately 60 ºC, transforming it into a paste for optimal integration into your formulations.
2. Proceed with further processing once the product is thoroughly dissolved with fats, ensuring a uniform consistency.
3. For infant formula foods, the maximum dosage is 24.0g/kg. For other food products, adjust the quantity according to processing requirements to achieve desired results.
