Usage

1. To unlock the full potential of Honest DATEM, dissolve it in warm water at approximately 60ºC to form a paste, then incorporate it in the appropriate ratio to transform your creations.
2. For seamless integration, dissolve Honest DATEM homogeneously in oils or fats before continuing with your culinary endeavors.
3. Mix it directly with flour for an effortless and effective enhancement.
4. For raw dried and wet flour products, a maximum addition of 1.0% is advised, while for non-dairy creamers, 0.5% suffices. Adjust based on production needs for cream and fermented milk to achieve the desired consistency and quality.
