Usage

1. For optimal results, dissolve this product in warm water at approximately 60ºC to form a paste, then incorporate into recipes in suitable proportions.
2. Achieve uniformity by dissolving the product in oils or fats before further processing, ensuring consistent results.
3. Conveniently mix directly with flour, streamlining the preparation process for various applications.
4. Maximum addition is 1.0% for raw dried flour products and raw wet products, and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust the amount as needed for cream and fermented milk for tailored results.
