Usage

1. Immerse this product in warm water around 60ºC to form a paste-like substance, then incorporate it in the desired proportion for optimal results.
2. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by dissolving this product thoroughly in oils or fats before proceeding with further processing.
3. Ease your workflow by directly blending it with flour for immediate use.
4. Adhere to a maximum addition of 1.0% for raw dried and wet flour products, and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust the amount based on production requirements for cream and fermented milk.
