Usage

1. Simply dissolve this product in warm water at approximately 60ºC to create a paste, then mix in the appropriate proportion for exceptional results.
2. Achieve homogeneity by dissolving this product in oils or fats before further processing.
3. Directly incorporate it with flour to elevate your recipes.
4. The recommended addition is a maximum of 1.0% for raw dried and wet flour products, and 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust the amount as necessary for cream and fermented milk production.
