1. Ideal for incorporation in fruit and vegetable (meat) beverages, protein drinks, plant-based drinks, solid drinks, and lactic acid bacteria beverages, where it delivers exceptional emulsification and robust emulsion stability.
2. Perfect for enhancing shortening and whipped cream formulations, where it fortifies the emulsion stability system, ensuring consistency and quality.
3. In bread-making, it forms a strong interaction with glutenin in flour, boosting the ventilation of dough fermentation, and subsequently increasing the size, texture, and flexibility of the bread.

Usage

For optimal results, it is recommended to use a maximum of 2.0g/kg in protein, plant, and lactic acid bacteria beverages. For solid drinks, a maximum of 3g/kg is suggested. In bread dough regulators, use a generous 5.0g/kg, and for oil and emulsified fat products, up to 10.0g/kg.
