Usage

1. Create a paste-like substance by dissolving this product in warm water at approximately 60ºC, then apply in the desired proportion for optimal results.
2. Achieve uniform dispersion by dissolving in oils or fats prior to further processing steps.
3. Simply mix directly with flour to integrate seamlessly into recipes.
4. Maximum addition rates: 1.0% for raw dried flour and wet products, 0.5% for non-dairy creamers. Adjust the dosage as needed for creams and fermented milk production.
