Usage

2. Alternatively, blend it with warm water at approximately 60ºC to achieve a homogenous solution, then mix with other raw materials for seamless integration.
Recommended Adding Amount:
For cream, bread, pastry, chocolate, puffed foods, and ice cream, keep the addition under 1.0% for optimal results.
For candy, the maximum is 0.5%. When it comes to margarine, butter, and shortening oil, you can increase the addition up to 2.0% to achieve the desired effect.
