Additionally, it serves as an excellent emulsifier for milk, non-dairy creamers, margarine, fresh cream, meat products, and both animal and vegetable oils.
1. Enhance dough springiness, toughness, and gas retention, leading to increased volume and improved structure in bread and steamed bread.
2. Reacts with amylose to effectively delay and prevent food from aging, ensuring longer-lasting freshness.
3. Facilitates easy removal of biscuits from molds, resulting in a smooth appearance, distinct layers, and a crisp mouthfeel.
4. Makes hot and spicy foods more pliable and tender, extending their shelf life and preserving their quality.
5. Promotes smoother noodle surfaces, reduces breakage, enhances soaking and boiling resistance, and imparts a chewier texture to noodles, dried noodles, and instant noodles.

Usage
1. Directly mix with flour for seamless integration and optimal results.
2. Combine with warm water at approximately 60ºC in a 1:6 ratio to create a paste, then add to flour to enhance performance.
3. When working with non-dairy creamers or similar products, ensure thorough heating with emulsified substances to achieve a uniform emulsion before proceeding with further processing.
